Q: How do I book my induction with Your GYM?
A: You can book an induction (a free personal training session) either by email (info@yourgym.co.uk) or telephone 0208 9484634.

Q: This is a fantastic offer, what is the catch?
A: There actually is no catch! We want to be known for our results and lead the way in personal fitness. We don’t believe you should be tied into a contract or pay for something you don’t use!

Q: What is included in my membership?
A: You have full access to Your GYM. You are also able to book 2 small group personal training sessions a week. Our Pilates program is the only thing excluded. Pilates is offered on a pay as you go by booking 12 or 24 sessions.

Q: Can I see a timetable of classes?
A: We don’t have a timetable as we offer sessions through out the day to suit you. Unlike most gyms we fit around you and give you access to Your GYM as and when you want it. We don’t believe in beginner classes as all of our sessions are geared towards your goals and fitness level - It is like having a personal trainer but without the cost.

Q: What does 'no contract' mean?
A: You are not contractually tied to us for any specified period of time, you can cancel at any time.

Q: Will I be shown how to use the equipment?
A: Hell yeah! We offer all new clients a free personal training session. It is here we find out what you are looking for in results, show you how we work and get you try out our small group functional core classes.

Q: Are there changing facilities?
A: Yes, we provide showers, lockers and toilets. Your GYM is a place that provides fast fitness, get in, do what you have to do and get out fast. We have lots of experts at hand to show you what you need to be doing in the shortest amount of time.

Q: Are there lockers?
A: Yes, bring your own padlock or alternatively you can purchase a padlock from us. Our lockers are only to be used during your training session and so we cannot store anything over night.

Q: Does the facility include sauna, steam, spa and pool?
A: We are offering a high quality, exercise and gym facility which has been designed so you spend less time in a gym therefore have opted not to have a sauna, steam, spa and pool.

Q: Will personal training be available?
A: Yes, this is available at an additional cost see our prices on our prices page.

Q: Is the website secure?
A: Yes, the signup section of the website is secure, and any details entered will be encrypted before being sent to the server.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: Information on how to cancel your membership with your GYM can be found in the join us page on our website.

Q: What is the minimum age to join?
A: You need to be 18 years old to join.

Q: Can I trial before joining?
A: Yes, you can signup for a single days membership.

Q: Do you have WIFI access?
A: We do not currently offer WIFI access to keep membership costs at a minimum for our members.

Q: Do you offer student discount?
A: Yes, we do if you have a valid NUS extra card.

Q: Can I pay by cash or visa card?
A: We unfortunately do not have a cash option. The only way you can set up a full membership is by setting up a Direct Debit, which requires a UK bank account. You are able to purchase daily memberships and pay as you go with a debit/credit card.

Q: When does the first months payment come out of my bank?
A: Your first payment will be collected 14 days after signing up, including the joining fee, and will cover your first months membership at Your GYM. Subsequent monthly payments will be debited one month after joining and will continue on or just after the same day of each month thereafter.
